Job summary

RTX is seeking a role-based candidate for a cybersecurity and supply chain risk management position in the United States. The role focuses on governance, incident response, and ensuring compliance with CMMC and DFARS clauses across the supplier base.

The role emphasizes training, standard work development, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture in the defense supply chain. Compensation reflects market factors and location within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience supporting supply chain, risk management, or cyber-related processes.
• Experience supporting operational processes, compliance activities, or risk-related assessments.
• Experience analyzing datasets, synthesizing findings, and developing recommendations.
• Experience preparing clear, actionable summaries or recommendations based on analysis.
• Experience with CMMC and Cyber DFARS/FARS clauses.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of part numbers and suppliers at risk of non-compliance with CMMC clauses.
• Provide strategic insight on shifting requirements and their implications for the supply base.
• Serve as primary interface for cybersecurity inquiries and coordinate with SMEs.
• Lead coordination with suppliers on reps and certs attestations.
• Review cyber incident notifications and drive timely, cross-functional responses.
• Shape and mature Supply Chain Risk Management frameworks.
