Job summary

RTX is seeking aDirector of Product Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management to lead cyber risk across the product lifecycle for DoD and commercial aerospace programs. You will integrate supplier risk oversight, secure-by-design expectations, vulnerability and counterfeit risk management, and assurance artifacts into engineering and sourcing workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years
• Minimum of 12 years experience in product, cybersecurity, or supply chain fields
• Experience guiding programs through secure engineering and assurance processes, including generation and review of key artifacts such as SBOMs, HBOMs, provenance maps, and trusted component registries
• Experience communicating and negotiating with external bodies on C SCRM, assurance, and quality expectations
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Lead the C‑SCRM strategy and execution for products across DoD and commercial aerospace programs
• Partner with RTX leadership to define strategy and coordinate initiatives
• Define secure supplier product development and assurance practices in RFPs and contracts
• Drive supplier cybersecurity risk assessments and assurance activities
• Define C‑SCRM requirements for supplier components, firmware, software, and services
• Integrate C‑SCRM controls into product and acquisition lifecycles
• Provide clear reporting on risk posture, vulnerabilities and trends to executives
• Advise leadership on threats and regulatory developments
• Represent RTX in cross‑industry and government forums related to C‑SCRM
