Hargreaves Lansdown seeks a Digital & Cyber Resilience Manager to own and evolve HL's resilience framework across Digital, embedding robust recovery capabilities and continuity practices. You will drive resilience testing, coordinate recovery exercises, and partner with risk, security, and operations to ensure IBS protection while enabling delivery velocity.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading technical and/or cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or SRE capability in a complex regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cyber recovery techniques including ransomware response, immutable backups, clean-build patterns and recovery orchestration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate resilience concepts for technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Technical Resilience Framework, policies and standards for Digital.
• Embed resilience-by-design practices across engineering and platform teams with playbooks and guardrails.
• Lead Cyber Recovery capability, defining recovery objectives and plans for IBS systems.
