Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Technology Risk & Control Director to lead resiliency, third party, and infrastructure risk across technology and cybersecurity domains. You will partner with executives across technology, operations, compliance, and audit to strengthen risk ownership and control execution.

The role requires deep experience in front-line risk within a regulated financial environment and the ability to present polished materials to senior management and boards.

Qualifications

• Require 10+ years in technology, resiliency, technology risk, operational risk, or related risk and control roles.
• Demonstrated front-line risk and control leadership in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills for senior management and boards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior front-line risk and control leader for technology resiliency, operational resilience, disaster recovery, third party, incident response, and related technology risk domains.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team accountable for risk identification, control design, execution, issue management, and risk reporting.
• Partner with technology, resiliency, operations, independent risk, compliance, legal, and audit to drive risk-based outcomes and strong control ownership.
• Prepare executive-ready materials, regulatory responses, and Board reporting with clear messaging and escalation of risk themes.
