Deutsche Bank in Cary, NC is seeking a Network Security & Cyber Resilience Project Manager to lead end-to-end security delivery in a hybrid work environment. You will partner with engineering and security teams to drive resilient network solutions.

You have a strong track record delivering complex programs, translating security requirements into actionable plans, and collaborating across global stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to deliver complex global network security programs end-to-end.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, security) and stakeholders globally.
• Strong analytical and remediation skills with ability to translate security requirements into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Network Security Engineering to develop and shape new network security solutions, including Zero Trust, network segmentation, network access control, firewall governance, secure connectivity, and cyber resilience capabilities.
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept, business case, and technical design through implementation, transition to operations, and benefits realization.
• Translate complex network security designs and cyber security requirements into executable workstreams, technical deliverables, implementation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identify network security weaknesses by assessing control gaps, vulnerability trends, architectural risks, operational issues, and security assessment outcomes.
• Drive remediation of identified security weaknesses from discovery through closure, including prioritization, ownership alignment, delivery tracking, evidence collection, and management reporting.
• Ensure solution delivery remains aligned with cyber security requirements, enterprise architecture direction, technology risk expectations, and operational resilience objectives.
