Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Cary, NC seeks a Technical Project / Program Manager for Network Security & Cyber Resilience to translate engineering concepts into delivery plans, partner with Network Security Engineering, and drive end-to-end solutions from concept to operations.

You will identify weaknesses, manage remediation, and ensure alignment with security requirements and enterprise architecture while working in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex global infrastructure and network security solution programs from concept to production implementation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Network Security Engineering to develop and shape new network security solutions, including Zero Trust, network segmentation, network access control, firewall governance, secure connectivity, and cyber resilience capabilities
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept, business case, and technical design through implementation, transition to operations, and benefits realization
• Translate complex network security designs and cyber security requirements into executable workstreams, technical deliverables, implementation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
• Proactively identify network security weaknesses by assessing control gaps, vulnerability trends, architectural risks, operational issues, and security assessment outcomes
• Drive remediation of identified security weaknesses from discovery through closure, including prioritization, ownership alignment, delivery tracking, evidence collection, and management reporting
• Ensure solution delivery remains aligned with cyber security requirements, enterprise architecture direction, technology risk expectations, and operational resilience objectives
