Mission Support and Test Services seeks a Manager II for STL in Santa Barbara, CA. You will oversee the cyber-physical defense portfolio, manage staff, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with NNSS and sponsors to ensure program success.

The role requires leading complex R&D projects with NNSS resources and maintaining a Q/SCI clearance, while supporting multi-domain engineering initiatives within STL.
