Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector seeks a Cyber Operator/Field Engineer – Level 2 to join our Colorado Springs, CO team. You will coordinate maintenance and installation of program systems, support new network architectures, and handle logistics tasks with GFP/GFE inventory.

Ideal candidates hold a Secret clearance, a STEM degree with relevant experience, and are willing to travel; Linux, RF, and network experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience or Master’s with 0 years; more years accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/lead the preventative maintenance, repair, and installation of Program systems.
• Coordinate network connections and support new development of alternate network architectures.
• Perform technical tasks and demonstrate problem-resolution actions for the Program systems.
• Assist the Program ILS with logistics support (shipping, receiving, GFP/GFE inventory, import/export).
• Provide input to operational analysis and quality evaluation of products and update metrics.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnoses of malfunctions to resolve issues quickly.
• Support after hours and weekends as needed; travel 25–50% including foreign travel.
• Other duties as assigned.
