Job summary

Tharros is seeking candidates to support DoD cyber acquisition programs at Fort Meade. You will process documents, maintain databases, and liaise with program portfolios and stakeholders. You will plan stakeholder engagement, respond to information requests, and develop cost analyses to support procurement actions.

The role emphasizes contract file maintenance, data reporting, and coordination of IPT activities. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining up-to-date status and progress of command programs and projects, through periodic and formal reviews as well as reports and informal meetings.
• Assist with responding to queries from internal and external sources.
• Assist with providing data and affordability research, cost-benefit analysis studies, developing research reports and preparing fiscal projections.
• Create and modify documentation to support program reviews.
• Create briefings and reports for reviews to assist CPMs.
• Establish and maintain integrated contract files including basic contract, all modifications, processed invoices, and other information.
