Job summary

Momentum Engineering is seeking a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to support Cyber Command missions at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on operational analysis, data triage, and cyber mission enablement within a trusted security environment.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph, advanced technical communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's with 8+ years; Associate with 10+).
• Experience supporting Cyber Command elements and understanding cyber policy/doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Support Cyber Command elements in enabling cyber operations.
• Analyze and triage cyber-relevant technical data.
• Use analyst tools to identify mission-relevant information.
• Apply cyber policy and doctrine to technical mission support.

Job Summary

• Develop findings and recommendations to support cyber operations

Required Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
• Experience supporting Cyber Command elements
• Understanding of cyber policy and doctrine
• Experience with analyst tools
• Ability to triage and interpret cyber-relevant data
• Strong analytical and technical communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• IC Planner’s Course or comparable training
• Cyber operations planning experience
• Technical cyber analysis experience

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is: 125,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Ft. Meade MD)
