Job summary

Twenty Technologies seeks a Mission Deployment Lead to translate cyber operations into operational use for Intelligence Community users. You will collaborate with operators, analysts, mission owners, product managers, and engineers to drive adoption and align product decisions with real workflow needs.

The role requires active TS/SCI with CI Poly, regular onsite work at customer locations, and travel for engagements, training, and mission support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a cyber operator or intelligence professional supporting real-world workflows.
• Experience with complex cyber operations and interactions with operators, targeters and program stakeholders.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and explain it clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Strong written communication and the ability to turn field input into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own mission adoption for IC users, moving from demos to recurring operational workflows.
• Map real mission workflows across planning, targeting, execution support, assessment, collaboration and reporting.
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement across operators' workflows.
• Build playbooks, quick-start guides, and repeatable workflow patterns.
• Maintain the field operating picture for deployments: users, stakeholders, workflows, blockers, adoption signals, requests, risks, actions.
• Turn user feedback into product requirements, bug reports, and engineering context.
• Partner with product and engineering to test workflows and grounded roadmap decisions.
• Support demos, pilots, and expansion; this is a mission adoption role, not a sales role.
