Job summary

MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. seeks a Cyber Operations Specialist to plan, integrate, and execute cyberspace capabilities at the operational and strategic levels. The role emphasizes OCO and DCO and requires translating technical concepts into actionable mission impacts.

The position is on-site at MARFORSOUTH Headquarters in New Orleans, LA, with CONUS/OCONUS travel and a start date of October 2026, pending contract award. A TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph are required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyberspace operations.
• At least 3 years focused on planning and integration of cyberspace capabilities at operational/strategic level.
• Experience with offensive and defensive cyberspace operations (OCO/DCO).
• Experience in cyberspace targeting, TTP emulation, and vulnerability exploitation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and integrate offensive and defensive cyberspace capabilities at the operational and strategic levels.
• Support OCO and DCO planning and integration.
• Conduct and support cyberspace targeting activities.
• Analyze adversary TTPs and support emulation activities.
• Support vulnerability identification, analysis, and exploitation activities.
• Apply industry-standard cybersecurity tools and frameworks to authorized operations.
• Develop technical and operational assessments and briefings for mission stakeholders.
• Communicate vulnerabilities and potential operational impacts to non-technical leadership.
• Coordinate with government and contractor personnel to support mission objectives.
• Travel as required to fulfill CONUS and OCONUS requirements.
