Job summary

Draper is seeking a Director 2, Cyber Operations in Cambridge, MA to lead cyber operations protecting the organization’s IT ecosystem in support of U.S. national security objectives. The role partners with the CISO Leadership team and oversees administrative, budgetary, and HR oversight.

You will shape the strategic IT framework, set AI security metrics, and provide cross-functional leadership. A Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required, with 15 years in IT infrastructure and 10

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science / information systems management or related.
• Master's or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 15 years of experience in the technology profession focused on IT infrastructure design and management.
• 10 years program and project management experience, including estimating and forecasting, budget and financial management, staffing / hiring and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of the Draper cyber-Infrastructure, including management of department budget(estimated $15M), resources and capabilities.
• Development and management of leadership dashboard(s) to enable the department to monitor its support for all services.
• Responsible for development of the strategic framework for the acquisition, data, deployment and refresh of core IT infrastructure and computing systems to meet the business needs of Draper projects and organizations.
• Establish metrics to monitor the security of AI applications across the full life cycle and establish AI cyber governance framework that aligns emerging federal AI security and assurance expectations.
