Job summary

Ascot Group is seeking a Cyber Offense Analyst to help deliver cybersecurity objectives. You will identify weaknesses and threats, support offensive security with testing and remediation, and measure outcomes. The role requires collaboration across functions and hybrid office work.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and apply industry frameworks to improve security posture while upholding Ascot Way values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Application Development, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application or network security.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for vulnerabilities.
• Experience with offensive security and vulnerability management tools listed above.
• Experience using AI-assisted security tooling for vulnerability discovery and remediation validation.
• Knowledge of OWASP, CVSS/CVE, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Perform cyber offense functions including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing coordination.
• Oversee remediation of vulnerabilities and continuous monitoring across Ascot Group.
• Support offensive security strategy and tooling implementation.
• Coordinate patch management and manage application security program.
• Assist in purple and red team exercises with remediation actions.
• Integrate security best practices into secure development lifecycle and track risk reduction.
