Job summary

Compass Point Federal in Fort Gordon, GA seeks a Communications Analyst to support Army Cyber CoE with network operations, transport and infrastructure expertise. You will perform capability research, development, analysis and management for the Network and Services Portfolio.

The role requires experience in requirements management, JCIDS knowledge, and the ability to edit technical documents. On-site position with Akima collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as an action officer developing and submitting requirements documents per DoD processes.
• Experience with JCIDS, Defense Acquisition System, and force management processes.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent job experience.
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS if required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze joint and Army cyberspace, Signal, EW, and information concepts to determine capabilities.
• Research and analyze to refine C-CDID-NS efforts and DOTMLPF solutions.
• Coordinate with CDIDs and CoEs to deliver warfighting requirements and identify future capabilities.
• Capture information in capability mapping and strategic frameworks.
• Edit documents for grammar and format.
