Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Cyber Mission Specialist to apply expertise in hunt-forward operations and operational integration on a worldwide stage. You will assess cyberspace capabilities, evaluate weaknesses, and inform senior leadership and mission partners.

You will aggregate threat feeds, develop operations plans, and produce concise, leader-ready reports while collaborating across mission teams and intelligence units. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Document workflows, requirements, or system understanding
• Engage with stakeholders including operations and intelligence units
• Facilitate discussions, capture inputs, produce structured and factual documentation, and coordinate across mission partners
• Develop summaries, trackers, analysis logs, and senior leader-ready reporting
• Support validation, verification, and accreditation documentation
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in ops planning, intelligence, or analysis, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
• Experience creating agendas and engagement summaries
• Experience briefing senior leaders
• Knowledge of effects modeling frameworks, system design, or risk documentation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cybersecurity solutions
• Aggregate threat feeds that inform briefings for senior leadership aligned to the client’s mission area
• Develop operations plans to support command and control
• Inform operators and senior leadership on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Collaborate with mission teams and cross-organizational partners
