Qualifications

• Experience supporting HUMINT, SIGINT, or cyber-enabled collection operations.
• Experience producing documentation of operational activities for oversight and compliance reviews.
• Experience briefing senior military and government officials.
• Knowledge of digital behavioral manipulation frameworks.
• Ability to perform pattern-of-life research and target development.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience conducting or planning information operations, or 6+ years of experience conducting or planning information operations in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support cyberspace operations by developing and supporting Information Operations to enable operational preparation of the environment (OPE), access development, target development, and effects delivery.
• Assist in long-term operational planning with a focus on tradecraft precision and counterintelligence awareness.
• Prepare documentation for oversight and compliance reviews.
• Provide briefings to senior military and government officials on operational matters.
