Job summary

EY is launching a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within our National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice. We are hiring multiple Managers to help build, scale, and deliver this capability across AI, Security, and Cloud domains.

You will shape and deliver enterprise-grade Microsoft security solutions, lead delivery or solutioning across AI, Security, and Cloud, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure client outcomes and scalable offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, Copilot).
Demonstrated ability to operate across Sales (pre-sales/solutioning) and Delivery (execution, leadership).
Experience supporting solutioning, proposals, or pre-sales in complex Microsoft environments.
Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Shape client opportunities by architecting Microsoft-based security solutions and supporting go-to-market strategy.
Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft security solutions.
Act as a presales SME and delivery lead for security, identity, data, and cloud architectures.
Collaborate with Sales, Architecture, and Delivery to drive client outcomes and growth of EY’s capability.
Lead complex engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud domains with governance and quality standards.
