Job summary

EPS Corp in Rome, NY seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain information systems, network enclaves, and the software licensing program for assigned facilities and R&D areas. The specialist provides information assurance and configuration management support to keep environments available, reliable, and compliant.

The role requires strong Windows, Linux, and Mac OS troubleshooting, Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge, RMF experience, and capability to work in classified and unclassified

Qualifications

• Associate degree is stated as education requirement.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience accepted in substitutions.
• DOD 8570/8140 compliance required before starting work.
• Operating system certification (Microsoft/Linux/Unix/Mac) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain information systems and network enclaves with authorized information assurance solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems hardware/software per Government standards.
• Maintain network enclave access controls, firewalls, and account access.
• Provide RMF packaging, tracking, and feedback for authorization decisions.
• Prepare and maintain security documentation and POA&Ms.
