Qualifications

• To qualify at the GG-14, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.
• Experience leading software development projects throughout the lifecycle while conducting technical analysis for secure software development to meet customer objectives.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.
• Consults with customers to identify and specify requirements, develops overall functional and systems requirements and specifications, and conducts business process reengineering.
• Makes recommendations pertaining to new hardware and software involving information processing operational developments that will enhance the information processing and information management posture of multiple agencies/ organizations
• Directs extensive and comprehensive data analysis to identify the technical benefits, potential utilization, and the usage of systems and technologies
