U.S. Fleet Forces Command is seeking an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) in the CYBER SECURITY (N00CS) track of the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, NAVY CYBER DEFENSE OPERATIONS COMMAND (NCDOC).

You will administer the Cyber Workforce (CWF) program to grow cyber qualifications, ensure tracking and reporting, and coordinate with experts to align standards with industry practices. Responsibilities

• Serve as IT Specialist (INFOSEC) in CYBER SECURITY (N00CS).
• Administer the CWF Program to develop and qualify cybersecurity personnel.
• Ensure Cyber IT/CWF tracking, training, qualifications, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal/external SMEs to align qualifications with org needs and industry standards.
• Manage local manpower, personnel, and qualification data for cyber workforce management.
• Assist ISSM in implementing and sustaining the Information Systems Security Program.
• Monitor and scan network resources using approved DoD tools to ensure compliant usage.
• Interpret scan results, review vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective actions.
