Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS or related STEM field with 12–15 years of experience.
• 10 years of program management experience on cyber security programs.
• Proven ability to work across multiple tasks and programs.
• Experience managing multiple contract types and customer processes.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract operations including staffing and financials.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the program team.
• Coordinate with COTR and customer decision makers to maintain baselines.
• Develop staffing plans and forecast program performance.
• Support business development for new cyber security work.
