Job summary

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Cyber Information Assurance / Security Specialist Lead to support a Cybersecurity Program on a proposal basis. The role will require U.S. citizenship and lead day-to-day cybersecurity efforts, including A&A, risk assessment, and policy mapping to NIST/FISMA.

Bachelor’s in IT/Cybersecurity/CS and 8–10 years of relevant experience are expected. The position will also involve maturing the eGRC solution (RSA Archer), producing KPI dashboards, and advising leadership

Qualifications

8–10 years in information assurance, risk management, and security compliance.
Experience with NIST RMF, FISMA, and related federal frameworks.
3–5 years leading security specialists or assessment teams.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Leads day-to-day cybersecurity program support.
Develops the 3-year Cybersecurity Strategic Plan and Framework Profile.
Maps policies to DHS/OMB/NIST/FISMA requirements.
Conducts annual Enterprise Cybersecurity Risk Assessments and tracks POA&Ms.
Leads A&A activities and continuous monitoring.
Provides SME advisory support to leadership on threats and policy; oversees awareness/training.
Maintains and matures RSA Archer eGRC; drafts responses to federal reporting.
