Job summary

Deloitte seeks an experienced Cyber Defense and Resilience professional to join our Cyber Incident Response team. The role focuses on defining, delivering, and improving incident response programs to support Readiness, Response, and Recovery from cyber incidents and crises.

Responsibilities include leading full incident response engagements, developing solutions based on ISO 27001/NIST/CIS, and mentoring US and US-India teams to enhance security operations and resilience for clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience solutions including cyber incident response and leading transformation programs.
• BS/BA degree required.
• Limited visa sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of cyber incident response engagements, including investigations, containment, remediation, and recovery.
• Prepare incident reports, technical documentation, and client communications with high clarity and accuracy.
• Develop Crisis & Incident Response solutions based on ISO 27001, NIST, CIS to advance readiness, response and recovery.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement in monitoring, detection and response.
• Manage and mentor US and US-India teams to deliver technology risk management services.
• Champion the development of Deloitte's Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings.
