Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Defense and Resilience team seeks an experienced professional to lead Cyber Incident Response programs, supporting Readiness, Response, and Recovery from cyber events. You will drive definition, design, and deployment of Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings for clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience including incident response, resilience, and leading transformation programs.
• BS/BA degree required.
• Limited visa sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of Cyber incident response engagements, including investigations, containment, remediation, and recovery for clients.
• Review deliverables and coordinate technical sessions to ensure high-quality service; prepare incident reports and client communications.
• Create and enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions based on ISO 27001, NIST, CIS to advance readiness, response and recovery.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization in incident monitoring, detection, and response.
• Manage and mentor US and US-India teams to ensure effective delivery of technology risk management services.
• Champion Deloitte's Cyber Defense & Resilience offerings and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement using industry-leading practices and tools.
• Provide training and guidance on security practices and new requirements.
