Responsibilities

• Analyze state, federal, and international data breach laws.
• Draft breach notices to individuals and regulators.
• Coordinate with forensics and third-party vendors.
• Advise clients on notification obligations under applicable laws.
• Prepare reports and budgets for engagements.
