Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Cyber Incident Analyst Responder for the CNDA role at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. The position emphasizes on-site work with rotating 24x7 shifts and a need for active Secret clearance to start.

You will monitor networks, respond to incidents, and support defense operations at strategic and regional levels. The role requires an 8140 IAT II certification or higher and a degree in a related field, with experience in security tools and vulnerability

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent with experience; 8140 at IAT II level required to start.
• Active Secret clearance required at start; Top Secret/SCI possible in future.
• Experience identifying worms/viruses and differentiating real incidents.

Mansioni

• Perform continuous network security monitoring and incident response across mission systems.
• Develop and maintain a network defense visibility display and adjust posture as needed.
• Collect and present security data to senior leaders for ORM decisions.
• Conduct proactive security actions to deter and recover from intrusions.
• Operate CND tools (firewalls, log analysis) to protect infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other teams to implement defensive measures and improve monitoring.
• Document security events and contribute to process improvements and playbooks.
• Support 24x7 C2BMC operations with rotating shifts.
