Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to work on-site at Schriever SFB, near Colorado Springs, CO for the FROST program.

You will liaison with NRO/SCN to support real-time on-orbit operations and security posture across government programs. Responsibilities include audits, continuous monitoring, and implementation of security controls, along with supporting IATO/ATO processes and maintaining compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or a high school diploma/equivalent with 6 years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Candidates must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Cybersecurity Analyst (Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP). Certification is required to be maintained as a condition of employment.
• TS/SCI clearance with counter-intelligence polygraph required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system audits, assessments, and continuous monitoring activities across security controls and configurations.
• Validate security requirements and recommend safeguards.
• Support planning, testing, and implementation required by government accrediting authorities.
• Perform audits and monitor corrective actions through POA&M until closed.
• Support IATO and ATO processes and maintain or establish ATO/IATO for systems.
