Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Project Manager-Expert to support Cyber Security Governance initiatives at the Herndon site. You will liaison with senior leaders, ensure briefing materials and records are well maintained, and drive governance processes across the Front Office and OCS boards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and a TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

Technical training, Certification(s), experience, and/or Degree (Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
8+ years of related experience.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Polygraph
US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

Provide project management support to the Executive Director & Front Office in day-to-day operations.
Manage day-to-day operations and governance processes.
Develop and maintain briefing schedule.
Ensure briefing materials are submitted and provided to members within agreed timelines.
Record and maintain decisions, recommendations, action items and owners in the official MFR.
Track actions through completion using the customer systems.
Draft correspondence, briefing notes, decision memoranda, talking points and other communications.
Coordinate meeting logistics and manage briefing schedule.
Maintain official records and ensure organizational compliance.
