Job summary

CTC Group is seeking Exploitation Analysts (EA) at levels 1–4 to apply deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operations to develop exploitation plans and adjust as plans are executed.

Team members will work with government, military, and contractors to align intelligence needs, perform analysis, and communicate findings including any new tradecraft to stakeholders and end users.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; military training may substitute for degrees as described for levels 1–4.
• Military JCAC training or equivalent counted toward experience.
• Foreign language proficiency ILR scores may be used to substantiate proficiency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to define intelligence needs and mission relevance.
• Apply analytical methods to develop hypotheses, select analysis techniques, and query and merge data to derive insights.
• Distill and share findings, including new tradecraft, with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence customers.

Education

Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Military training coursework equivalent (18 semester hours in networking, computer science, or cyber topics)
