Job summary

IDS International in Muscatatuck, Indiana is seeking an Exercise Planner to support the planning, coordination, and execution of cyber training events and exercises for DoD clients. You will work with stakeholders to develop objectives, coordinate resources, manage schedules, and ensure successful training activities.

The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting cybersecurity training initiatives within the DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience planning and managing cybersecurity training events within the DoD community.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber training events and exercises.
• Manage multiple projects with varying scopes, requirements, and timelines.
• Develop exercise timelines, milestones, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training objectives are achieved.
• Support the design and execution of cyber training scenarios.
• Track exercise planning activities and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal and external participants to support exercise execution.
• Assist in resource coordination and scheduling for training events.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to leadership.
• Support after-action reviews and exercise improvement efforts.
