Job summary

Crimson Phoenix is seeking a specialist to coordinate and execute cyber exercise planning and evaluation for DoD, IC Operations Center, and mission partners. The role focuses on developing CSOC internal exercises and coordinating cross-agency participation to validate training and tools.

The position involves creating realistic scenario-based exercises, maintaining documentation, and producing after-action reports with actionable recommendations for government and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure customer participation in planning and execution of cyber exercises for DoD, IC Operations Center, and other mission partners'/agencies’ exercises.
• Develop CSOC internal exercises to evaluate training, tools, processes, and personnel, including active exploitation testing to assess effectiveness.
• Ensure CSOC participation in planning and execution of all internal and external cyber or business continuity related exercises.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate actions to maximize CSOC participation from government and contractor personnel.
• Develop and execute scenario-based exercises to test training, tools, processes, and procedures within CSOC, including after-hours shifts.
• Develop, maintain, and provide documentation to plan and execute exercises and evaluations.
• Develop after actions reports detailing substantive details of each exercise and providing recommendations to the government for improvements.
• Provide input to the weekly CSOC Status Report.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (government and contractor) as needed or directed by the government.
