Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior professional to support cyber exercise planning and DoD readiness initiatives. The candidate will link training objectives to events, maintain planning portals, and represent the command at JELC activities to meet objectives and assess gaps.

Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills are required for real-time decision making. The role emphasizes development of training objectives within JTIMS, coordination across teams, and preparation of joint training

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of combined education and experience.
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
Understanding CJCSI 3500.01 / CJCSM 3500.03 and JTIMS/JLLIS/DRRS.
Critical thinking skills.
Advanced communications and presentations skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive cyber exercise planning support for all events throughout the Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC).
Identify, support development of, and manage training objectives within JTIMS.
Coordinate with team members and apply analytical methods to measure effectiveness.
Support the Joint Training Plan (JTP) and Joint Exercise Plan (JEP) aligning objectives to assessments.
Plan internal/external events to meet readiness, including TTXs and ROC drills.
