Job summary

Leidos is seeking a qualified professional to support DoD cyber defense exercises for GSM-O II/JELC, aligning training objectives with DoD requirements. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and deep knowledge of JTIMS, JLLIS, and DRRS, with strong analytical and communication skills.

The candidate will plan events, draft directives, coordinate internal and external requirements, and participate in Tabletop Exercises, ROC drills, and routine operations to ensure command readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8 to 12 years of applicable combined education and experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph
• Comprehensive understanding of the Joint Training System CJCSI 3500.01 and CJCSM 3500.03, and its interfaces to JTIMS/JLLIS/DRRS
• Critical/logical thinking skills
• Advanced communications and presentations skills enabling precise conveyance of information across all CC/S/A/FA with proper enunciation of English

Responsibilities

• Provide cyber exercise planning support for the Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC) and draft orders to meet annual assessment requirements
• Identify, develop, and manage training objectives within JTIMS
• Coordinate with team members and apply analytical methods to develop measures of effectiveness
• Support the Joint Training Plan (JTP) and Joint Exercise Plan (JEP) by aligning objectives to events
• Plan and participate in Tabletop Exercises, ROC drills, and daily operations to meet readiness requirements
