Accenture Federal Services is seeking a cyber engineer who bridges infrastructure and security operations. You will deploy, manage, and optimize the Open NDR SaaS platform to provide security teams with deep network visibility across diverse enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities include connecting sensor data pipelines to SOC workflows and SIEM/XDR tools, tuning detections, and customizing Zeek scripts to catch advanced attacks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined cybersecurity, network security, and systems engineering experience.
• Deep familiarity with NSM, PCAP, encrypted traffic inspection, and Zeek framework.
• Proficiency in Python scripting to develop tools for telemetry enrichment and response playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Platform Deployment: Lead the physical, virtual, and cloud-based deployment of the Open NDR SaaS platform across diverse enterprise architectures.
• Data Integration & Pipelines: Connect sensor data ingestion pipelines and stream network evidence into SOC workflows, SIEM and XDR/EDR tools (e.g., Splunk, Elastic).
• Detection & Rule Engineering: Tune detections, customize Zeek scripts, and optimize analytics (Suricata) to catch advanced attacks and lateral movement.
