You will recruit, train and mentor underwriting talent, while building strong cross-functional relationships and adopting transformational solutions for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of cyber/tech/E&O underwriting experience.
• Proven ability to manage people and projects.
• Strong underwriting decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven sales, marketing and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of commercial production underwriters.
• Execute distribution strategy as directed by product leadership.
• Support sales and marketing of the product line.
• Recruit, train, develop and mentor underwriting staff.
• Build and maintain strong cross-group relationships and adapt to changing business needs.
• Evaluate procedures and implement changes to improve workflows while ensuring compliance.
• Drive change and innovative solutions for customers and associates.
