Job summary

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity Sustainment Coordinator to support CSSP operations in the DODIN environment. Based in San Antonio, TX, with occasional remote work, the role focuses on onboarding, technical solution development, and contract administration.

You will collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams, draft formal agreements, and continuously evaluate subscriber artifacts and funding to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Security clearance: Secret required; Top Secret/SCI preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dense environment.
• Strong written and oral communication to brief senior leaders.
• Expertise in cloud platforms and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, esp. Outlook.
• Familiarity with DoD/Army policies affecting cybersecurity.
• PMI project management principles for planning and delivery.
• Experience with Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for onboarding cybersecurity services and ensure clear communications.
• Process technical documents and collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to design solutions.
• Draft subscriber agreements and invoices, ensuring accuracy and clarity of terms.
• Evaluate subscriber artifacts, funding, and services to ensure ongoing alignment with standards.
• Assist in authoring and editing SOPs, TTPs, support guides, and templates.
