State Street is seeking a Defensive Engineering Product Ops Specialist reporting to the Head of Defensive Engineering. You will support teams with product planning, Scrum coordination, metrics, reporting, and delivery tracking, collaborating with product managers, security engineers, GTS product owners, and other stakeholders to keep security outcomes in focus.

This hybrid role supports Global Cyber Security Defensive Engineering by delivering governance, dashboards, and progress updates across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in product operations, technology, project coordination, reporting, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with backlog management or dashboards tools is helpful.
• Agile, Scrum, product management, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and team meetings.
• Maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery updates.
• Collect and organize product metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and scorecards.
• Prepare product updates, dashboards, and leadership reports.
• Follow up with teams on actions, blockers, and delivery commitments.
• Support product managers with governance meetings and product reviews.
• Maintain product documentation, meeting notes, and decision logs.
• Help improve common product practices across Defensive Engineering.
