Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product operations, technology, project coordination, reporting, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with backlog management or dashboard tools is helpful.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, product management, or cybersecurity are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and team meetings.
• Maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery updates.
• Collect and organize product metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and scorecards.
• Prepare product updates, dashboards, and leadership reports.
• Follow up with teams on actions, blockers, and delivery commitments.
• Support product managers with governance meetings and product reviews.
• Maintain product documentation, meeting notes, and decision logs.
• Help improve common product practices across Defensive Engineering.
