ISI Defense is seeking a Cyber Ops Engineer I to join our growing cybersecurity team supporting customers across the Defense Industrial Base. You will deploy, maintain, and support cybersecurity technologies while collaborating with SOC, MSP Operations, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or MSP environments.
• Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft security solutions, IAM, EDR, email security, cloud security, backup, SIEM/SOAR, vulnerability management, data protection, and compliance platforms.

Mansioni

• Deploy, configure, and maintain cybersecurity solutions across customer environments.
• Support endpoint, identity, email, cloud, and security monitoring technologies.
• Investigate and resolve security-related issues and service requests.
• Perform security hardening, system configuration, patching, and vulnerability remediation actions.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and implementing cybersecurity standards.
• Support customers in meeting NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS, and other DIB requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts, engineers, compliance, and MSP operations to deliver high-quality security services.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational processes and automation.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by delivering responsive, professional, and white-glove support.
