Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an Attack Sensing & Warning (AS&W) Lead to direct Tier I monitoring and Tier II analysis within a federal SOC. You will triage security events, draft executive‑level reports, align with DHS 4300A and IRP policies, and ensure round‑the‑clock detection across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Lead AS&W incident response per DHS 4300A and IRP.
• Oversee event categorization, prioritization, and SOP reporting.
• Draft executive‑level cyber incident reports for government review.
• Collaborate with Detection Engineering to configure alerts.
• Develop SOC metrics and KPIs.
• Manage the 0600 SOC Report and Daily Call cadence with government.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AS&W team in incident response aligned with DHS 4300A and the SOC IRP.
• Oversee categorization, prioritization, and reporting of security events per SOPs.
• Direct drafting of executive‑level cyber incident reports for Government review.
• Collaborate with Detection Engineering to configure and maintain alerts across SOC tools.
• Support development of meaningful metrics and KPIs detailing SOC operational status and performance.
• Manage the daily 0600 SOC Report and Daily Call cadence with government stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting.
• Direct triage and support for Information/Data Spillage Incident Response efforts.
• Lead the biannual review and update of SOC SOPs for compliance.
• Coach and develop Tier I and II analysts on triage methodology and reporting standards.
