BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Cyber/Data/Privacy Attorney in Washington, DC to advise clients on cyber, data, and privacy compliance, including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR. The role requires four to seven years of relevant experience and a solid background in privacy law.

Ideal candidates will lead privacy aspects of corporate transactions, perform due diligence, draft data processing agreements, and plan incident responses. JD and bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of experience in a law firm or in-house position.
• Experience with CCPA, CPRA, GDPR compliance.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to lead significant projects and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cyber/data/privacy compliance issues.
• Engage in privacy and cybersecurity aspects of corporate transactions.
• Conduct information security and privacy due diligence.
• Draft data processing agreements and privacy schedules.
• Plan and respond to data breaches and incidents.
