Job summary

Computer World Services supports the Air Force Cyber Assessment Team (AFCAT) by conducting CORA assessments to strengthen DoWIN and defend cyber terrain. The role focuses on endpoint security, network vulnerability, insider threat, and more.

The position involves assessing administrative, operational, and technical security measures for network infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities with SCAP and STIG Viewer, and delivering remediation reports.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills and network architecture understanding.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams/topologies and security controls against standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess security controls and network configurations against standards.
• Create clear, detailed reports with remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate travel and participate in base comms and leadership briefings.
• Complete supervisory and administrative tasks as required.
• Stay informed on AF priorities to guide CORA planning.
