Job summary

Qualifications

• Background investigation may be required for suitability/fitness.
• Three year trial/probation may be required.
• Must obtain and maintain TOP SECRET SCI clearance.
• Subject to Testing Designated Position (TDP) under drug-testing program.
• NSA personnel security requirements per Policy 5-1.
• Travel up to 10% via military/commercial aircraft.
• May be recalled to duty or work outside normal hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must comply with Financial Management Level 2 certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Budget Analyst in USCYBERCOM J83 Comptroller Division.
• Monitor execution of current year budget and quarterly reporting requirements.
• Reconcile ledgers with DFAS Funds Distribution Systems and end-of-month reports.
• Develop a consolidated budget reflecting multi-year funding needs.
• Analyze policies and reports for budgeting impact at major subordinate command.
• Maintain contact with funding managers on funding status and supplemental funds.
• Assist in submitting budgetary documentation and inform senior officials of impacts.
