Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Automation Engineer to lead the installation, configuration, and integration of the CAASM platform across complex client environments. You will work with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver accurate asset inventories and robust data connections.

The role requires experience across hybrid cloud architectures, Windows/Linux/VMware administration, and automation via APIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years architecting and managing COTS solutions for hybrid clouds.
• 3+ years systems administration in Windows, Linux, or VMware.
• 3+ years programming, debugging, shell scripting, containerization, and data storage/retrieval.
• 2+ years deploying, hosting, monitoring, and securing solutions for government customers.
• Experience with APIs and data pipelines to ingest, normalize, and correlate asset data with vulnerability feeds, threat intel, and security findings.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and APIs for automation and data integration.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification within 30 days of start date.
• DoD 8570.01-M CSP-Infra certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and integrate the CAASM platform in client environments.
• Onboard data connections and integrate CAASM with third‑party tools.
• Create deployment scripts and automation processes to streamline installations.
• Analyze cyber datasets for insights; ensure data quality and reliability.
• Document installation and configuration of production deployments.
• Monitor, maintain, and secure deployed CAASM instances; participate in on-call rotations.
