Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Automation Engineer to lead the installation, configuration, and integration of a CAASM platform in complex environments. You will collaborate with clients, PMs, and internal teams to deliver accurate asset inventories and secure data flows.

The role requires advanced experience with hybrid cloud COTS solutions, system administration, and scripting, plus active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience architecting, implementing, integrating, and managing COTS solutions for hybrid cloud environments.
• 3+ years of experience performing systems administration in Windows, Linux, or VMware environments, including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, monitoring, and security upgrades.
• 3+ years of experience with programming and debugging, shell scripting, containerization, data storage and retrieval from various sources.
• 2+ years deploying, hosting, monitoring, and securing solutions for government customers.
• Experience with APIs and data pipelines to ingest, normalize, and correlate asset data with feeds and findings.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting and APIs for data integration.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willing to take a polygraph exam.
• Academic degree alignment: Associates/Bachelors/Masters with IT project experience.
• Ability to obtain required DoD certifications within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and integrate the CAASM platform in client environments.
• Onboard data connections and integrate CAASM with third‑party security tools.
• Create and maintain deployment scripts and automation processes.
• Monitor deployments, ensure data quality, and maintain system health.
• Provide on‑call production support.
