Citizens is seeking a Manager, Cyber Assurance to establish and mature the enterprise cybersecurity continuous control testing program. You will lead strategy, governance, and execution to evaluate control effectiveness, identify deficiencies, and align with security policies and risk objectives.

You will guide a team of cybersecurity professionals, develop meaningful metrics and executive dashboards, and partner with Tech, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to sustain a resilient cyber

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive cybersecurity/controls experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership in cybersecurity assurance, controls, risk, or audit.
• Experience assessing, testing, and validating cybersecurity controls across environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy, governance, maturity, and continuous improvement of the Cyber Security Assurance Program.
• Oversee planning, execution, and quality assurance of cybersecurity control testing.
• Define and govern asset identification, enhanced control requirements, and assurance activities for critical assets.
• Establish assurance methodologies, standards, testing frameworks, documentation, and quality controls.
