Job summary

Deloitte Cyber's Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks a Full Stack Engineer Manager who operates at the intersection of advisory, product engineering, and hands-on delivery in client environments. You will translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, production-grade technology solutions and help clients address challenges in digital trust, privacy, and governance.

This role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams, effective communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 7+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using REST, microservices, event-driven or serverless components.
• 7+ years building production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js with AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
• 1+ years designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in client or production environments.
• Experience in digital trust, privacy, AI governance, data protection, or cryptography; leading workstreams.
• Ability to travel 25-50% and sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into technical architectures, product requirements, backlogs, and implementation plans.
• Lead design, development, integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of production-grade solutions with AI capabilities in client environments.
• Build APIs, automations, workflows, dashboards, and embed governance via checks, policy enforcement, and continuous monitoring.
• Prototype with clients to validate approaches, provide demos, PoCs, estimates, and pricing inputs.
• Manage delivery across scope, timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and risks; resolve challenges.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and create reusable accelerators and engineering best practices.
