Job summary

Deloitte Cyber's Digital Trust & Privacy practice seeks a Senior Consultant/Full Stack Engineer to bridge advisory work and hands-on delivery. You’ll architect and implement scalable digital trust, privacy, and data protection solutions in client environments, including GenAI capabilities, APIs, and governance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product teams, security, privacy, legal, and compliance stakeholders, with an expectation of strong communication and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years translating client requirements into solution architectures (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless).
• 4+ years building production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js and 1+ years on AWS/Azure/GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 6 months+ designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in a client/production environment.
• Experience in digital trust, online protection, privacy, AI governance, data protection, or cryptography.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives, risk requirements, and policy expectations into architectures, product requirements, backlogs, and plans.
• Design, develop, integrate, deploy, test, and troubleshoot production-grade solutions in client environments (AI/GenAI where applicable).
• Build APIs, automations, workflows, dashboards, and other components enabling digital trust, privacy, and data protection.
• Embed governance into development/deployment workflows via checks, policies, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to prototype solutions and deliver outcomes meeting regulatory objectives.
