Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Manager level) to lead delivery of AI-driven cybersecurity solutions. You will deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, and remediation support, while mentoring teams and coordinating with clients.

You will stay hands-on through architecture reviews, code collaboration, and deployment troubleshooting, partnering with frontier model providers to translate findings into engineering requirements. Travel ~25–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 5+ years of experience; 1–2 years AI/ML deployments.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.
• Experience deploying frontier AI models or LLM apps for cybersecurity.
• Experience building agents, tool integrations, retrieval pipelines, evaluation harnesses.
• Background in security operations, threat investigation, or incident automation.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, containers, and infrastructure-as-code for AI services.
• Cloud engineering and secure AI deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• API integration with SIEM/SOAR/EDR and vulnerability platforms.
• Understanding OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and MITRE ATLAS; secure AI operations.
• Strong writing, presentation and cross-functional delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead client-facing delivery from requirements through deployment and handover.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; stay hands-on with architecture and reviews.
• Partner with frontier model providers to evaluate cyber capabilities.
• Develop reusable components, evaluation suites, and delivery playbooks.
• Support proposals, demonstrations, thought leadership, and account growth.
